If your name appears on the graduation list, please take note of the following important information regarding the final clearance process commencing from today, 18th March, 2024:

1. Clearance Venue: The final clearance will take place at your various study centre nationwide. Please arrive early to avoid delays.

2. Required Documents: Bring all relevant documents, including e-wallet slips, remita receipts for fees paid, signed and stamped clearance forms from various exams, and any other documents specified by your faculty.

3. Financial Requirement: Ensure you have sufficient cash on hand, at least ₦40,000, to settle any outstanding fees or charges during the clearance process.

4. Clearance Timeline: The clearance process is expected to be completed within three days. However, delays may occur due to the volume of students. Your patience and cooperation are appreciated.

5. Clearance Stages: The clearance process will involve multiple stages, including verification of documents, settlement of outstanding fees (if any), and final endorsement from various departments.

6. Queries: For any queries or concerns, please contact your faculty's officers or the Student Affairs Office.

Failure to complete the clearance process will result in the withholding of your degree certificate and other relevant documents. Therefore, it is crucial that you adhere to the guidelines and requirements mentioned above.
